Moretz, 25, debuted her new look over Instagram. “Oh she had surgery on the nose,” one user wrote, as a second commented, “Wow surgery much?” A third said, “Why did you do that to your face?”

Mortez admitted in 2016 that she decided to not get plastic surgery after her mother encouraged her to love herself. “Basically what she always said was, ‘When you’re 25 or over 18 you can make that decision yourself, but wait,’ she told ET.

And it meant a lot to me because it’s not even that she said, ‘Oh, you’re beautiful enough now,’ but it was like, you have to learn to love yourself on your own before you can actually understand anything in life.” She wanted to get a boob job, butt reduction and the “fat pad” under her chin removed.
